January 29, 2021 – Los Angeles, CA – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is pleased to announce Roseville FC as its newest expansion club ahead of the Spring Season.
Based in Roseville, CA, Roseville FC will begin UPSL play in the Western Conference Wild West Division. The club is currently finalizing its search for a home venue.
Roseville FC is owned by Kulvir Dhaliwal and Juan Zarco.
UPSL Wild West Division Manager Will Bumgardner said, "We are excited to welcome Roseville FC to the UPSL. The club brings much-needed expansion into the eastern part of the Wild West Division. They are a quality side that will be able to compete in the league right away. I look forward to seeing what they bring to the table."
Roseville FC was the 2018/19 Roseville Adult League champion and have remained active with a series of regional friendlies.
"We decided to join the UPSL because we feel like we have a team that can compete, a team that looks out for each other and we're ready to make an impact on the league," Zarco said.
The club will announce its upcoming game schedule.

Roseville FC is an American Soccer club currently based in Roseville, CA, and a new member of the United Premier Soccer League. Roseville FC will play in the UPSL's Wild West Division.
Roseville FC can participate in the qualifying rounds for the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup through their affiliation and membership with the UPSL, the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
