November 17, 2020 – Los Angeles, CA – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is pleased to announce Florida Premier FC as its newest expansion club ahead of the 2021 Spring Season.

Based in Tampa, FL, Florida Premier FC will begin UPSL play in the Southeast Conference Florida West Division I. The club will host its UPSL home games at Tarpon Springs Soccer Complex (150 N. Jasmine Ave., Tarpon Springs, FL 34689).

Florida Premier FC has previous competitive experience in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and various Florida-based amateur leagues. Florida Premier FC will exclusively compete in the UPSL.

UPSL Vice President Christian Vallejos said, "We are excited to have Florida Premier FC joining for the 2021 Spring Season. Florida Premier FC is a club that produces a lot of good, young players that go on to play all over the world. Now they'll be committing some of that talent to play in the UPSL and we're excited about that. We think the Florida West Division just got stronger with the addition of Florida Premier FC, and we wish the club well as it prepares for next season."

Novi Maric is CEO and Executive DIrector of Florida Premier FC. Bosho Maric is the club's COO and Director of Soccer, He also owns Trinity Sportsplex, an indoor complex used by the club, and HappyFeet Legends Tampa Bay, a youth developmental program affiliated with Florida Premier FC.

The club's coaching staff is led by Chris Brown, Carlos Castaneda and Kelvin Jones.

The club will announce its game schedule in the coming months.
