March 9, 2020 – Los Angeles, CA – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is pleased to announce Northeast Los Angeles FC as its newest member.

Based in Woodland Hills, CA, Northeast Los Angeles FC will begin UPSL play in the 2020 Spring Season as part of the Western Conference SoCal Division. The club will host its UPSL home games at El Camino Real High School (5440 Valley Circle Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91367) in compliance with UPSL National Division standards.

United Premier Soccer League West Coast Director Gary Brunner said, "I'm excited to welcome Northeast Los Angeles FC as a new UPSL member. They are going to be a great addition to Division III. The team is solid and we are really looking forward to seeing how they match up with the other teams in SoCal Division III."

Northeast Los Angeles FC was created in 2018 and has played the last two years in the SoCal Premier League (USASA). The club will now compete concurrently in the UPSL.

Daniel Perez is Founder and President of Northeast Los Angeles FC. The club's origins date to 2016 when the team was created from a group of Under-17 players.

"Our sole purpose is to provide the people of Northeast Los Angeles and the surrounding cities competitive football at the most affordable price in Southern California. We decided to join the UPSL so we can offer even more competitive football for our players. The right time to join the UPSL was now. Becoming a USASA National League is important, and it's clear they've established themselves with constant growth and expansion. We want to make a similar statement in our neighborhood, and hopefully bring in supporters to our club," Perez said.

In the coming weeks the club will be announcing its game schedule for the season.

The UPSL was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 300 teams nationwide. The UPSL is the largest Pro Development League in North America. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining UPSL National League minimum standards.

UPSL teams are eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds through the league's affiliation with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).

United Premier Soccer League anuncia Expansión al sur de California con el Northeast Los Angeles FC

El Club con sede en Woodland Hills, California, se une a la Conferencia Oeste para la temporada de primavera 2020

5 de marzo de 2020 – Los Ángeles, CA - La United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) se complace en anunciar al Northeast Los Angeles FC como su nuevo miembro.

Con sede en Woodland Hills, CA, Northeast Los Angeles FC comenzará a jugar en la UPSL en la temporada de primavera 2020 como parte de la División SoCal de la Conferencia Oeste. El club organizará sus juegos en casa de la UPSL en la secundaria El Camino Real (5440 Valley Circle Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91367) de conformidad con los estándares de la División Nacional de UPSL.

El Director de la Costa Oeste de la Premier League de Estados Unidos, Gary Brunner, dijo: "Estoy emocionado de dar la bienvenida al Northeast Los Angeles FC como un nuevo miembro de UPSL.
