December 2, 2019 – Los Angeles – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is pleased to announce Marc Asmode as Central Conference North Division Manager.

Asmode will promote UPSL's Pro Development structure to local North Texas teams and clubs that fit with the league's model.

United Premier Soccer League National Director Matt Kahla said, "When Marc got involved with the UPSL I knew that his leadership and communication with teams would be a huge benefit to us as a league. I am looking forward to working with Marc closely as he continues to grow the Central Conference North with 7v7, Youth, Women's and Men's Divisions."

Asmode is Founder and Director of Operations of Cowtown Soccer League, a UPSL's first affiliated 7v7 Division. Founded in 2008, Cowtown Soccer League features more than 60 teams in its Men's and Co-Ed Divisions. Cowtown Soccer League recently completed its first season of the inaugural UPSL Cowtown Division.

Born in France, Asmode graduated from Sam Houston State before traveling worldwide for 20 years with Flying Cam, an Academy Award and Emmy Award-winning film crew.  Asmode has worked on more than 400 cinematographic and television projects for National Geographic, the Discovery Channel, major motion pictures, commercials and live broadcasts.

United Premier Soccer League

The UPSL was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 300 teams in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. UPSL is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the USA, with 500-plus teams targeted for 2020 Spring Season. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining UPSL national minimum standards.

UPSL teams are all eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds through the leagues affiliation with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
